These terms govern your use of jobited.com and related Jobited pages (the “Site”). Jobited is a Berlin engineering community: Job + IT + Education. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

No contract from browsing. Looking at the Site, joining an event, or reading notes does not create an employment, placement, consulting, or incubation contract. Paid work, hiring, and incubation are agreed separately in writing.

Labour market. Open roles are listed on Onchain Hires (onchainhires.com), which has its own terms. Jobited is not the employer for roles posted there unless a separate agreement says so.

Third-party services. Events may run on Luma, interviews on YouTube, and social channels on LinkedIn, Telegram, and others. Those providers’ terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Content. Site copy, notes, and media belong to Jobited or their stated authors. You may share links. You may not copy substantial text, charts, or interviews for commercial use without permission.

Your use. Do not misuse the Site (scraping that harms the service, posting unlawful material, impersonation). We may change or take down pages at any time.

No warranty. The Site is provided as is. Community notes, salary charts, and event listings are informational. We do not guarantee jobs, outcomes, or that third-party links stay accurate.

Liability. To the extent German law allows, Jobited is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the Site. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Berlin have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
